Public evidence stays separate from private account data.
Atlas source rails are public evidence maps used for research, crawl discovery, and audit. They must not contain private account history, owner preview state, internal queue traces, or customer artifacts.
Preferred source order
- Official issuers, exchanges, filings, statistics agencies, central banks, and product documentation first.
- Market and chart providers as context rails, labelled as context rather than proof.
- Public data catalog pages for crawlable metadata and evidence manifests.
- Evidence gaps shown plainly instead of filled with model guesses.
