What changed for Wealthfront Corp today
Wealthfront’s most recent 10-Q shows the company banked $90.5 million in revenue for the quarter ended 30 April 2026 and still turned a $12.8 million net profit, despite burning $33.7 million on research and development. The balance sheet lists $1.62 billion of assets, $1.01 billion of liabilities, and $428.2 million of cash and equivalents, while operating cash flow clocked in at $22.7 million. Diluted EPS was $0.07 on 175.5 million diluted shares.
On the product side, Wealthfront’s homepage still promises new clients 3.95% APY for three months on its cash account and 3.30% thereafter, with “no fees, no strings.” The firm markets automated portfolios of stocks, bonds, and ETFs alongside a 529 college savings plan run in partnership with Ascensus Broker Dealer Services and advised by Wealthfront Advisers LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser. The pitch is simplicity itself: set it, fund it, forget it.
Those numbers come straight from the 10-Q filed 12 June 2026. The document also quietly discloses a non-cancelable cloud computing contract, which suggests the firm’s “software-only” story relies on some very real, multi-year commitments. Meanwhile, the most recent Form 4 on 17 July 2026 shows insiders still buying modest blocks, while the diluted share count keeps drifting upward. The platform sells effortless wealth; the capital structure trades in options and filing trail.
If you want a window into the real plumbing behind the app, the company’s SEC company facts JSON and submissions JSON are the clearest portals, neither of which promises any insight into customer growth, cohort retention, or unit economics. The cash yield, the automated portfolios, and the 529 plan are the only public-facing products with any disclosed metrics, and none of them are broken out as stand-alone revenue lines in the 10-Q.
Wealthfront is not a bank, does not provide banking services directly, and sweeps customer cash to unaffiliated banks whose identities do not appear in the same sentence as the APY. The cloud contract is the least photogenic line item in the filing, yet it is the one that keeps the lights on. The filing is honest about what it does not say: there is no segment-level revenue disclosure, no customer count, no churn figure, and no detail on how much of the $90.5 million stems from cash balances versus advisory AUM.

Methodology
This profile is generated daily from public sources including SEC EDGAR (US-listed companies), NASDAQ Trader files, exchange listings, public macro/central-bank releases, CoinGecko crypto market files where relevant, and the TradingView global symbol catalog. Multi-model AI may assist drafting and review where configured, but sources remain the evidence rail; the chart is an Atlas static OHLC rail with a live TradingView link when verified bars are available; otherwise the page keeps the verified TradingView route as an explicit fallback.
