What changed for Innio N.V. today
INNIO’s upsized IPO last month priced 90 million shares at $27 apiece, raising $2.43 billion and giving the company the biggest splash since the Jenbacher brand last crowed about “high-performance power systems.” The proceeds will sit in the corporate treasury until the first US-GAAP quarterly report lands on 28 July 2026-after that, we’ll know whether the engines actually earned their keep or simply burned capital. (source: INNIO Announces Pricing of Upsized Initial Public Offering, https://www.innio.com/en/news-media/press-releases/innio-announces-pricing-of-upsized-initial-public-offering/)
Jenbacher and Waukesha are INNIO’s only products on display, reciprocating gas engines ranging from 200 kW to 10 MW. The company brands itself a “distributed energy solutions provider,” but the only energy being distributed today is the slide-deck kind. Services pages promise “qualified experts” across the lifecycle, which in practice means keeping turbines spinning and contracts renewing; the technology is reliable, the financing is new. (source: Services for Jenbacher & Waukesha technology | INNIO, https://www.innio.com/en/services/)
The IPO prospectus is filed with the SEC, but the filing itself is a promise rather than a proof: it admits that INNIO has not previously prepared US-GAAP financial statements and that its prior reporting followed IFRS. The revenue, net income, cash flow and EPS numbers are therefore absent from the evidence pack; the only figures we have are the IPO size ($2.43 billion) and the share count (90 million). Until the 28 July release, the market will trade the story, not the numbers. (source: INNIO Group Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering, https://www.innio.com/en/news-media/press-releases/innio-group-announces-filing-of-registration-statement-for-proposed-initial-public-offering/)
For context, follow the official INNIO newsroom where the company curates its own narrative; the product images show turbines and data-centre cooling towers, but the cash register stays in the drawer while the roadshow runs. What we do not know: revenue, net income, operating or free cash flow, EPS, segment margins, backlog, order intake, inventory build, capex, buybacks, dividends, or any post-IPO guidance. The evidence rail has not parsed these items; they will arrive, if at all, in the 28 July 2026 quarterly report. Until then, the stock is a narrative wrapped in a prospectus, priced on hope and underwritten by banks rather than audited operations. Methodology
This profile is generated daily from public sources including SEC EDGAR (US-listed companies), NASDAQ Trader files, exchange listings, public macro/central-bank releases, CoinGecko crypto market files where relevant, and the TradingView global symbol catalog. Multi-model AI may assist drafting and review where configured, but sources remain the evidence rail; the chart is an Atlas static OHLC rail with a live TradingView link when verified bars are available; otherwise the page keeps the verified TradingView route as an explicit fallback.
