What changed for Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. today
Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. (BATRK) is not the Atlanta Braves baseball team. It is the corporate wrapper that owns the team, Truist Park, The Battery Atlanta, and a handful of other real estate assets. The company’s latest 10-Q ends 31 March 2026 and shows revenue of $72.0 million, net loss of $40.5 million, and diluted EPS of -$0.63. The filing calls the loss ‘attributable to the parent,’ which is corporate speak for ‘the baseball bit still can’t carry the real-estate tab.’ Baseball revenue rose 60% year-over-year thanks to more home games and higher season-ticket rates, but the bottom line stayed stubbornly red.
Baseball operations include ticket sales, concessions, sponsorships, suites, broadcasting, retail, and licensing; the rest comes from The Battery Atlanta’s rental income and the BravesVision multimedia platform, launched in February 2026. The platform is the shiny new story, but the 10-Q lumps it into one line with everything else, giving investors no way to see its revenue or cost. The company’s own press release calls the quarter ‘results,’ which is technically true if you consider ‘$40.5 million lost’ a result. The Battery Atlanta’s real estate is supposed to stabilise the income statement, yet the filing does not break out its profit margin, occupancy, or tenant mix.
The 10-Q lists total assets of $1.69 billion, liabilities of $1.16 billion, and shareholders’ equity of $519.0 million as of 31 March 2026. Cash and equivalents stood at $135.2 million, while operating cash flow was $62.5 million for the quarter. The company’s diluted weighted average shares outstanding were 64.4 million, so every dollar lost lands on a growing share count. The 8-K filed on 11 May 2026 notes the termination of the Liberty services agreement in October 2025-ostensibly to cut costs, but the balance sheet still shows the same deficit. The next quarterly call is scheduled for 5 August 2026.
There is The source-change rail is filing/source-led and does not use chart-derived signals. Chart context is available separately on this page through the Atlas chart snapshot or TradingView route where available. The absence of a live price feed on the investor-relations page tells you all the source requires readers to know about liquidity: thin enough that the company prefers you read the 10-Q.
The mixed-use development line-The Battery Atlanta-is the only non-baseball segment with any public revenue disclosure, but the filing does not isolate its profitability or occupancy. The BravesVision platform is mentioned only in the context of its launch date; there is no filings-based revenue, expense, or subscriber figure. The company’s press releases and SEC filings are the only source rails, and they do not provide segment-level cash flow, run-rate margins, or customer counts. Until the 5 August 2026 call, the best investors can do is stare at a loss column and hope the real-estate rents cover the shortfall.
The board’s decision to terminate the Liberty services agreement in October 2025 removed one line item expense but did not change the operating loss. The Schedule 13G filings show no activist or insider accumulation, so the market’s float remains unchanged. The company’s next material disclosure will be the second-quarter 2026 results and call on 5 August 2026; anything beyond that is conjecture.

Methodology
This profile is generated daily from public sources including SEC EDGAR (US-listed companies), NASDAQ Trader files, exchange listings, public macro/central-bank releases, CoinGecko crypto market files where relevant, and the TradingView global symbol catalog. Multi-model AI may assist drafting and review where configured, but sources remain the evidence rail; the chart is an Atlas static OHLC rail with a live TradingView link when verified bars are available; otherwise the page keeps the verified TradingView route as an explicit fallback.
