Abundia Global Impact Group, Inc. likes to say it turns waste plastics and biomass into drop-in fuels and chemicals, but the balance sheet tells a quieter story: in the quarter that ended 31 March 2026, it collected $132,965 of revenue while burning through $5.2 million of net loss and haemorrhaging $3.8 million of operating cash. If the company's pyrolysis plants were running at scale, investors might forgive the red ink; instead, the cash register rang up little more than one hundred thirty-three thousand dollars while the office lights stayed on at full wattage. The board's latest round of SEC filings, dated 26 June 2026, shows the mismatch in neon and black-and-white, not in some glossy sustainability deck. (source: AGIG SEC EDGAR 10-Q...

Abundia Global Impact Group Inc. (AGIG) opened its most recent 10-Q by confessing that in the three months to 31 March 2026 it booked $132,965 of revenue while posting a $5.2 million net loss and burning $3.8 million of operating cash. The balance sheet still shows $16.2 million of cash and equivalents, but the operating cash flow line is now six consecutive quarters in the red, and the statement of operations quietly folds in the legacy oil-and-gas revenues from Houston American Energy after 1 July 2025 without naming a dollar figure. The optics are not those of a company scaling up: they are those of a company running a tight cash budget while waiting for something-revenues, customers, or another filing-to turn positive.

The company markets itself as a low-carbon energy outfit that converts waste plastics, municipal solid waste, and biomass into drop-in fuels and chemicals using two licensed pyrolysis pathways it claims have “thousands of operating hours” and “strong uptime.” The visual rail shows plastic bales stacked in a warehouse, a neat metaphor for the idea that feedstock is abundant and the process is proven. Yet the same 10-Q lists research and development expense of only $208,787 for the quarter, a figure that sits awkwardly beside the board’s claim of mature, scaled technology. The gap between the glossy story and the filed numbers is now wider than the promised product slate.

Abundia also used its latest round of SEC filings to announce that it would fold RPD’s services business into a wholly owned subsidiary, keeping the team and customer pipeline intact while promising the revenue will be “recognized as total revenue in Abundia’s second quarter 2026 financial statements.” The press release, dated 22 June 2026, comes with a stock-image of a smiling team in a control room, but the 10-Q contains no line-item for RPD’s contribution. Until the next 10-Q, the source requires readers to take management’s word for the quantum of the uplift and the timing of its recognition.

The filings are clear on dilution: the weighted average diluted share count at 31 March 2026 was 40.0 million shares, and the latest ownership forms filed 30 June 2026 show the same insiders still holding the same number of shares. There have been no buybacks and no fresh issuance since the S-8 registration statement on 22 June 2026, leaving the capital structure unchanged while the cash burn continues. The story the filings tell is one of a capital-light research shop waiting for external validation-customers, licensors, or another set of audited numbers-before the next act begins.

What the filings do not contain is any guidance, any segment-level breakout of the legacy oil-and-gas revenues, or any quantification of the RPD uplift. The company’s product page and visual rail are aspirational, the filings are factual, and the gap between the two is now the central tension in the story.

The company’s investor centre, updated 26 July 2026, still invites visitors to “find financial reports, stock information, news, and investor events,” but the only fresh numbers on offer are the same red-ink headlines and the same diluted share count. Until the next audited filing shows a credible revenue line, a non-negative cash flow, or a quantified RPD contribution, the market is trading a promise rather than a plant.

Methodology

This profile is generated daily from public sources including SEC EDGAR (US-listed companies), NASDAQ Trader files, exchange listings, public macro/central-bank releases, CoinGecko crypto market files where relevant, and the TradingView global symbol catalog. Multi-model AI may assist drafting and review where configured, but sources remain the evidence rail; the chart is an Atlas static OHLC rail with a live TradingView link when verified bars are available; otherwise the page keeps the verified TradingView route as an explicit fallback.
